Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns/exchanges accepted for wrong product delivered, damaged items, or significant deviation from description. Request within 7 days of delivery with photographs.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Live plants that show signs of transplant stress after delivery
• Opened seed packets or used growing supplies
• Perishable items returned without original packaging

3. Refund Process

Prepaid refunds to original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD refunds via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after approval.
